Tomorrow’s the Kitchener/Waterloo knitters’ fair, and I’m going, along with lettuce knit and a bunch of knitterly friends. I’m excited – I kept up my yarn diet for all of August (yep, didn’t buy a yarny thing!) so I get to go nuts. I’ve got ideas and projects in my head and written down, so I know what I want to get and don’t forget anything.
What do you do when you don’t have much to blog about? I like reading blogs that are updated often, every day or so. I started out doing that, but I’ve been slipping lately because I don’t feel I’ve done anything worth posting about. On that note, progress reports:
Wrappy sweater: second sleeve complete, body in progress – I think I’ve decided what to do with the body, but we’ll see how that works out.
Cozy: ends still need to be woven in; at least there’s only two!
Cloud v-neck: almost done the body decreases, and it’ll be my car knitting for tomorrow.
At least tomorrow I’ll have purchases to blog about!
Hi there,
What a great blog you have! You’re so quick, and your projects are all so nice.
I noticed you’ve completed the Knock-around Cashmere sweater from Weekend Knitting; I’m working on that now, and I was wondering if you encountered any problems with the pattern.
Thanks and have fun at the fair!
Tere
I just realized there was a letter missing in my website address. There, that’s better :)
I am so so jealous…I had to work today! BOO! I’ve sent emissaries to skinvestigate and possibly buy for me.
Jealous.
